To be eligible for a refund, you must meet the following criteria:

  • You have not previously received a refund from us
  • Your account has not been suspended for terms violations

Refund Processing

Non-Refundable Situations

  • Subscription renewals (monthly or annual)
  • Previously refunded customers
  • Accounts terminated for terms violations

Subscription Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period. You will retain access to paid features until the end of the billing period. No partial refunds are provided for unused portions of the billing period.
